The natural setting surrounding Ball Mountain Lake is enjoyed by a variety of visitors. Panoramic views from the overlook area at the dam offer sightseers, photographers, picnickers, and hikers pleasing views of Stratton and Bromley Mountains.<br />
There is a 15 mile loop trail that skirts the lake as well as a short interpretive trail in the campground.
From Brattleboro, north on VT 30 to Jamaica to dam. The campground is 5 miles north of the dam, off VT 100.
