A very hard uphill walk "5.6 miles" to Manitou Resivouir and then down to Barr Trail. This is not a
easy trek! 14 mile round trip, it's best to get a ride up to Cascade then ride down.
Take Hwy 24. to Cascade. Turn Left at "Pikes Peak" light. Take the first second left after you turn <br />left. If you miss the 2nd left, take the third. Go up the road less than 1/4 mile to the park. Jump <br />on your bike and head on the small road going north/east. Follow this road 1/8 mile to the trail <br />head.
