Ride up the Single track climbing out of the parking lot on the west side. Climb steadily then start
to descend. At mile 2.2 take a left, the trail now becomes more technical. At mile 2.7 pass a
spuron the left and then cross Buffeher Creek. At mile 3.1 turn right and begin to climb again. A
left here and another left dumps you out at the Buffeher Trailhead if you need to get off the trail
here is a good point. At mile 5 top out on the climband then descend. At mile 6 turn left and
continue descending as the trail gets harder. At mile 6.6 you dump out on the Davos Hill Climb
Trail. Turn right and climb up the short but steep section. At mile 7 turn left onto the last portion
of the North Trail. At mile 7.7 you exit off the North Trail, turn right and then immediatly left
heading east on the North Frontage Road. Follow this untill you come to the intersection with Red
Sandstone Road. Turn left and ride up the hill to your car.
Exit 1-70 at Vail (176) and head West on the North Frontage Road. Travel almost a mile before <br />turning right on Red Sandstone Road. Continue on Red Sandstone Road untill a switchback with a <br />trailhead on the left, park there.
