This is a paved Rail-To-Trail Bike path. Similar to the St. Marks Trail in Tallahasee or the Silver Comet Trail in Smyrna, Ga. All flat. Pavement is smooth enough for a road bike.
Trailhead at both ends of the trail, in addition to others along the way. Park at the Moultrie Municiple Airport outside town on US 19 South.
