This is a great singletrack through a heavily forested canyon alongside the Goose Cr. In â07 a local cycle organization re-worked most of the trail, rebuilding bridges and doing a lot of rock work. Although I would rate this an âeasyâ ride it climbs just enough and has enough rocks to keep everyone on their toes. The corners are tight enough and the trail flows well making it a very fun ride both in and coming back down. The falls themselves arenât really that impressive but it does give the trail a destination. The only thing I found wrong with this trail is it wasnât long enough!
From New Meadows on highway 95 head East toward McCall, 4 miles turn on forest service rd to Last Chance Camp ground. Its 2 miles to the CG, the trailhead is all the way at the back of the camp ground. There is limited parking so you may have to park near the entrance and ride in. <br />
