The trail is a beginner trail of mostly wide singletrack and some doubletrack. Very flat no hills and no diamonds. Strickly for speed or beginner loop.
Take Long Island Expressway to Exit 52, Commack Road. Go South two miles. Parking is a large gravel parking lot on left side, just South of Burlington Avenue.
